The school has been established in 1918 more than 100 years ago by Janab Ashraf Ali Sahab for providing quality education and character building for the children in Hyderabad. This is a Muslim minority school to imparting education in Urdu medium as per the syllabus of the Board of Secondary Education, Govt. Of Telanagana, apart from Urdu the school also teaches its students English & Telugu languages. The school has a 2acre campus with ample facilities for sports & games, thus provide an opportunity in physical education of the children. The school also, lays emphasize on moral & Islamic education, teaching the Arabic language, Quran Nazerah and other subjects of Deeniyath. The school is open to both the boys and girls and it caters to the poorest of the poor section of the slum area of the Yakutpura. The school is open to all the children irrespective of religion, caste and creed. The academic performance of the class 10^th ranges between 80-100 %, with  1/3rd students passing in 1^st class. The school has dedicated and well qualified staff of teachers and non- teachers, who provide an excellent support to the students community. Recently the school has also opened an English medium section following the syllabus of Telangana State. This section has reached upto clas 7^th and it I splanned that in the next three year we will be preparing these students for the class 10^th board examination of the Telanagana State.
